He aids in tasking with all leads who need coordination, supports the founder in whatever capacity is needed, and manages the onboarding and offboarding of team members. His focus spans strategic planning, production management, and team coordination with talent acquisition, organizing workflows and keeping the studio operating at peak efficiency. As the studio grows and more talent is discovered, Luis plans to expand his role, always looking for new ways to strengthen the team's foundation.
